It's a unique opportunity to take ownership of operations and play a key role in the company's next stage of expansion.The business has an excellent reputation for delivering reliable solutions to commercial and public sector clients across Northern Ireland.The RoleReporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, making sure projects run smoothly, and supporting the team as they scale. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, including:Taking ownership of workforce planning to ensure projects are resourced efficientlyManaging equipment, vehicles, stock, and supplier relationshipsTracking job progress and ensuring client satisfactionDeveloping and implementing streamlined systems to support growth and complianceLiaising with clients to arrange access, approvals, and follow-up tasksPricing and proposals to win new businessSupporting HR/admin tasks (time sheets, training records, H&S logs)Overseeing stock control, procurement, and scheduling of materialsEnsuring compliance with training, H&S, and company standardsAbout youWe're looking for someone who can bring structure, focus, and energy to the role.
