The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, making sure projects run smoothly, and supporting the team as they scale. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, including: Taking ownership of workforce planning to ensure projects are resourced efficiently Managing equipment, vehicles, stock, and supplier relationships Tracking job progress and ensuring client satisfaction Developing and implementing streamlined systems to support growth and compliance Liaising with clients to arrange access, approvals, and follow-up tasks Pricing and proposals to win new business Supporting HR/admin tasks (time sheets, training records, H&S logs) Overseeing stock control, procurement, and scheduling of materials Ensuring compliance with training, H&S, and company standards About you We're looking for someone who can bring structure, focus, and energy to the role.
