We’re looking for a Procurement & Merchandise Manager to take ownership of sourcing, stock management, and product performance, driving both efficiency and revenue across an innovative, growing business.This isn’t a traditional procurement role. You’ll have real influence over product strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial results combining analysis, creativity, and strategic thinking in equal measure.If you’re someone who’s naturally curious, thrives on optimisation, and wants to make a measurable impact, this could be the perfect next step.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue PerformanceMaximise revenue by sourcing engaging, high-performing products.Develop seasonal and strategic procurement plans aligned with consumer demand.Monitor product success and continuously identify ways to improve margins and sales performance.Procurement & Vendor ManagementSource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best products, prices, and terms.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships that support quality and reliability.Oversee company-wide procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and value.Stock & Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels to ensure products are available when needed without overstocking.Oversee distribution and stock allocation to field service teams.Maintain visibility and control over cash flow tied to stock and purchasing decisions.Data Analysis & ReportingUse data to track product and machine performance.Produce clear reports and insights that inform procurement and merchandising decisions.Analyse trends to forecast demand and plan effectively.Continuous Improvement & CollaborationLead process improvements across procurement and inventory workflows.Work closely with colleagues across operations, finance, and service to align objectives.Share insights and best practices that contribute to ongoing growth.What You’ll BringProven experience in procurement, inventory management, or merchandise planning.Strong analytical and reporting skills - confident using data to make decisions.Commercial awareness with a focus on margin control, negotiation, and supplier performance.Ability to forecast, plan, and manage stock effectively.A continuous improvement mindset - always looking for smarter, leaner ways to work.Proficiency with Microsoft tools (experience with Business Central or similar systems a plus).The PersonEnergetic, curious, and proactive.A natural problem-solver who enjoys working with data and people alike.Professional, confident, and collaborative - able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.Passionate about making a real difference in an environment that values ideas, initiative, and results.What’s in It for YouBase salary: £40,000 – £45,000, plus a substantial performance-based bonus.Excellent benefits, including:Health cash planCycle to work schemeWellbeing programmeCasual dress & monthly team lunchesFree onsite parking and fresh fruitHours: Monday-Thursday 8:15 am - 5 pm, Friday 8:15 am - 2:30 pmIf you’re ready to step into a role where your ideas, data-driven decisions, and commercial instincts make a visible impact, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today and help shape the next chapter of this growing success story.
