Job Description Job Title: Sales SpecialistReporting To: General Manager, Simplified Safety UKLocation: Cradley Heath, United KingdomThis is an office and field-based sales role responsible for driving growth across Simplified Safety's fall protection solutions. You'll manage the full sales lifecycle - from initial enquiry and site survey through to quotation, order, and project delivery (working with our Project Manager) - acting as the main point of contact for customers.You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, specify compliant safety solutions, and develop long-term relationships, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.Key Focus AreasManage and develop a sales pipeline, from lead qualification to conversionConduct site visits and surveys to design compliant safety solutionsPrepare accurate quotations and maintain CRM recordsAchieve agreed sales targets and support business growth Develop existing accounts and generate repeat businessWork closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project deliveryRepresent the business professionally with customers and partnersSkills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years' experience in technical sales, engineering, or health & safetyStrong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skillsConversant with Microsoft OfficeCommercially aware with good attention to detailComfortable carrying out site surveys and working at heightFull UK driving licenseEngineering, site experience or technical qualifications are desirable but not essential BenefitsCompetitive salary with commission and performance bonusCar allowance25 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany pension schemeHow to ApplyApplicants should apply in writing outlining why they feel they are suitable for the position and attaching a current CV.Please forward your applications to Daniel Hickman, General Manager via email at: [email protected]
