Cost Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cost Engineer to join the capital projects team on an ethylene manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be a highly experienced Cost Engineer who'll bring proven expertise in strategic cost estimation and project controls across the full project lifecycle, from concept through to execution. This is a key role that will help shape project planning and delivery through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation & Optimization Develop detailed cost estimates across all project phases: concept, feasibility, and execution. Analyze project scope and specifications to identify cost-effective solutions. Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives. Cost Control & Reporting Prepare & present cost reports, forecasts, & variance analyses to project and leadership teams. Monitor project budgets and track actuals against baselines, flagging deviations.
