Location: UK, RemoteAbout The RoleAt Tego Group, we partner with travel platforms, OTAs and ticketingbusinesses to help them unlock new revenue while offering customersgenuine booking flexibility.We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to help us originate, closeand scale B2B partnerships across the UK and Europe.This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role designed for someone whois comfortable or wants to step up into more complex, enterprise-style B2Bdeals, earn meaningful commission, and grow into a senior commercial orleadership position as the business scales.You’ll be given support, founder access, and some warm meetings, butsuccess in this role comes from ownership, initiative, and execution.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end ownership of complex B2B dealsManage consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving legal, finance, and senior leadership.Work directly with founders on pricing, proposals, and strategyDriving momentum through internal reviews and legal stagesKeeping CRM and pipeline updates accurate and visibleManage and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, CEOs) across the travel industry.Represent Tego Group at international conferences, client meetings and industry events.What This Role Is (and Isn’t)This role is:High-ownership and outcome-focusedIdeal for someone stepping up into more complex dealsSupported, but not micromanagedBuilt around long-term upside and progressionThis role is not:A high-volume transactional sales roleA junior SDR positionA short-cycle, quick-win sales environmentDeal Specification:Deal size: £100k-£5m+Sales cycle: 2-12 months (average 3-4 months)Decision makers: C-SuiteProduct: Ancillary revenueCommission structure: % of revenue, uncapped, paid over the full term of the deal.Who This Role SuitsYou’ll likely be a great fit if you:Have 2–5+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnershipsHave experience generating your own leads and progressing dealsAre confident speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makersAre comfortable learning and handling more complex commercial discussionsAre motivated by commission, growth, and long-term progression, not just base salaryWant to work closely with founders and grow with the businessExperience in travel, tech, SaaS, platforms or marketplaces is a strong advantage, but not essentialAre happy to travel internationally to meet with prospects, clients and represent the business at conferencesProgression & GrowthThis role is intentionally designed to start as an individual contributor.For the right person, there is a clear path into a senior or leadershipposition, including:Managing a partnerships or sales teamSenior or director level positions, globallyTaking ownership of wider commercial strategyIncreasing base salary and commission opportunities as responsibility growsProgression is driven by results and impact.Why Join Tego Group?Proven product and live partnerships in place with industry leadersNo bureaucracy, no layers of approvalHigh trust, high accountability cultureOpportunity to build a career, not just hold a jobExposure to a high-growth startup with equity options available
