Claims Client Relationship DirectorHome BasedAre you a relationship focused Client Director who has a strong claims background with links to insurers / MGA’s?!Our client a leading provider of claims management solutions is looking for a commercially driven and relationship focused Client Relationship Director to lead their engagement with existing insurer clients and develop new strategic partnerships with insurers, MGAs, and claims decision makers. You will act as a senior ambassador for the business, shaping how they interact with the market, deepening relationships with key accounts, and helping to convert opportunity into long term value.Key Responsibilities;Lead, develop, and manage key insurer relationships, ensuring account retention, satisfaction, and growth.Identify and convert new commercial opportunities with insurers and MGAs, working closely with the Directors and wider leadership team.Influence client fee structures, DA terms, and renewal negotiations with a clear view on margin, performance, and deliverables.Monitor claims and insurance trends (e.g., inflation, regulatory change, ESG, tech), and position Prism proactively in the market.Support or lead formal proposal submissions, presentations, and MI reporting for new and existing clients.The successful applicant;Will have a proven background in claims, insurance, or MGA relationships, ideally within property or commercial lines.Strong network at insurer/MGA level — ideally including claims directors, procurement leads, or DA managers.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills along with a strategic mindset with ability to influence at senior level.Confidence with data and performance MI.Willingness to travel.You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary, plus company car allowance and a generous commission structure.Benefits package which includes Pension, PMI, DIS, Cycle to work and other lifestyle benefits.Flexible working culture with strong support infrastructure.This is a great opportunity to join a company who is entering an exciting growth phase….
