Electrical Project ManagerLocation: Hoddesdon/Milton Keynes Salary: Up to £90,000Job DescriptionAttend project start-up meetings.Become familiar with all details and specifications of the project.Ultimately responsible for collating technical submittals, ensuring they are issued and followed through until approval.Raise and manage RFIs.Manage labour tracker.Maintain weekly progress reports, reporting and managing any changes/variations.Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are in place for the job and implement the commissioning plan on site.Generate biweekly/monthly snag lists and improvements.Manage the handover process and maintain the project document management system.Project-specific scheduling.Attend meetings with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.Attend general site meetings and action points raised.Communicate any innovative project-specific works to the Contracts Manager (R&D).QualificationsExtensive experience in an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects.Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.Experience supervising teams.
