HGV TechnicianCoventry50,000.00-55,000.00 per yearAfternoonsWe are looking for a skilled HGV Technician to join our dynamic team.Job Summary:As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of heavy goods vehicles to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. You will work a 40 - 45 hour week. Late shift. 12:00-22:00. Monday to Friday. Weekends optional.Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HGVs. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. Conduct engine repairs, gearbox repairs, and other complex tasks. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent. Proven experience as an HGV Technician or similar role. Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
