Field Services Engineer

Role- Field Service Engineer Salary- Circa £26,000 - £45,000 per annum but OTE is higher with travelType- PermanentLocation- Leicestershire My client manufactures electro-mechanical equipment and they are looking to take on a Field Service Engineer, on a permanent basis, in the Leicestershire area. The Field Service Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:NVQ / HNC / HND qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar or have the relevant experience Any previous field service experience working with electro-mechanical equipment would be desirable Good fault finding capabilitiesPrevious experience working with drives, motors and CNC’s would be preferredBe self-motivated Good time management capabilities Be able to work well individually as well as part of a teamHave good communication skills Be flexible to travel in the UK and overseas as requiredFull UK Driving Licence is essentialThe Field Service Engineer role will involve:Working as a key member of the engineering service teamProviding onsite maintenance and technical support Carrying out in house machine builds tooProviding training of equipment on customer sites Travelling to a range of sites when requiredCommunicating effectively with customersBe able to problem solve as required Conform to Health & Safety regulations at all timeIf you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation.
