Senior Fleet Procurement Manager

Location:Hybrid / LeicesterAbout the role:An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Fleet Procurement Manager, to effectively build and maintain good working relationships with vehicle manufacturers and Support the Negotiation of New Fleet Agreements, This is a key Role in ensuring we provide a cost effective and industry leading range of vehicles for the UK Business.After a period of initial training, the role will transition to a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a flexible combination of remote working, attend external meetings and at least 1 day a week in our Leicester Head OfficeWhat we can offer you:Competitive Basic Salary and BonusCompany CarStarting on 6 weeks holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with length of serviceFree on site car parkingPension and a life insurance scheme Enhanced Maternity and Adoption Leave (subject to service and earning qualifications)Discounted car hire rates across our network20% discount on EE mobile phone contracts*Discounted hotel rates through the Accor Group after 12 months service*Cycle2Work*Free annual eye testsConfidential legal and support service through BUPACareer progression and development*forms part of current non contractual benefit offeringMain duties:Develop and manage relationships with key vehicle suppliersSupport negotiation of annual and adhoc vehicle supply agreementsControl and administer central Fleet Procurement data files and paperworkMaintain contracts and agreementsCirculate important fleet information across the businessProvide support to wider areas of the business such as Sales, RCM, Operations, Finance etcRepresent Fleet in internal project teams and contribute to key business decisionsSupport all Europcar Mobility Group business units and effectively account manageKey skills and attributes required:Motivated self-starterStrategic thinkingStrong negotiation skillsAbility to collaborate effectivelyAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesMaintain confidential informationStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.Good IT Skills, including data entry and Excel.Knowledge and interest in cars would be an advantage.Full clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experienceCIPS Level 4 qualification would ideal but not essentialThis role is open to anyone who has the eligibility to work in the UK.
