About the Practice This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, design-focused architectural practice based in the heart of Coventry. With a reputation for delivering award-winning residential and commercial projects, the team is collaborative, forward-thinking, and committed to producing thoughtful, high-quality architecture. As the practice continues to grow, they are now looking for a talented Qualified Architect to join their close-knit studio, someone who is creative, technically confident, and able to drive projects from concept through to completion. Role Overview The successful candidate will be a qualified Architect (ARB registered), with experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages. You'll have strong technical skills, including the ability to produce clear, accurate diagrams and construction information using AutoCAD. Experience working in a MAC environment, with proficiency in Vectorworks and InDesign, is highly desirable. You’ll also demonstrate excellent communication skills, be confident working directly with clients, and be proactive in managing deadlines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and present detailed architectural drawings and plans Work confidently across RIBA Stages 1–6, including design development and technical delivery Produce clear diagrams and drawings using AutoCAD (and/or Vectorworks) Undertake regular site visits and evaluations to ensure design quality and compliance Lead or support the construction phase, liaising with contractors and consultants Ensure consistent quality assurance and adherence to UK Building Regulations Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines, budgets and creative goals Requirements & Qualifications Registered Architect, all levels of experience considered -Part III experience Strong technical understanding of UK construction detailing and standards Highly proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Vectorworks and InDesign is a strong advantage Comfortable working on MAC systems in a studio environment Excellent verbal and visual communication skills Confident managing client relationships and external consultants Strong time management, organisation and attention to detail What You’ll Get A creative and supportive working environment Flexible working options and a healthy work-life balance Exciting design-led projects across sectors Opportunities for growth and further responsibility Friendly, collaborative team culture Please either apply via this means, or for a confidential chat call myself on 07857372817.
