This is a client-facing role where you will be the crucial technical link between our internal engineering departments and our high-profile customer base.This position is ideal for agraduatewith a strong engineering background and excellent communication skills who is passionate about motorsport. See projects through from start to finish including; constructing BOMs, specifying parts. Always ensuring customer requirements are met and timelines are delivered. Liaise directly with internal design, engineering, and production teams to ensure client solutions are innovative, feasible, and delivered on time.Represent the company professionally at global industry events.Identify new commercial opportunities and emerging market trends.About You: The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for an individual who meets the following criteria:Mustpossess a recent degree (BEng or MEng) in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Motorsport, Automotive, Mechanical, Aerospace).A genuine and demonstrable passion for motorsport and high-performance engineering.A natural communicator, articulate and confident in explaining complex technical concepts.Commercially aware, a structured problem-solver, and skilled at building professional relationships.Highly organised, resilient, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own time and travel schedule.A full, clean UK driving licence and the unrestricted right to work and travel globally are essential.Desirable (But Not Essential):Practical experience from a motorsports environmentAdditional information:Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Discretionary bonus schemeCompany pension Early 1pm finish on a Friday Company Race TeamSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)Design Engineering: 3 years (including degree time) (required)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)Work Location:In person in Coventry
