Marketing Manager 35,000 + up to 10% bonus Location: Coventry Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm (no weekends) Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing activities of three established training brands. This is a hands-on role: youll be both a player and a manager , leading a Marketing Executive while also getting stuck into content creation, SEO, and campaign delivery yourself. Key Responsibilities Write high-quality blogs, landing pages, and website content with SEO & GEO best practices . Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps. Optimise existing content for better rankings in search engines and AI-driven platforms . Support the creation of email campaigns, social posts, and marketing collateral . Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and AHREFS . Manage and mentor a Marketing Executive . Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with wider business goals. Optional: use tools like Canva to create visuals for campaigns. What Were Looking For Previous marketing experience (content, SEO, social). Strong written English with attention to detail. Knowledge of SEO principles and social media engagement. Self-motivated, curious, and eager to grow. Comfortable managing your own workload and meeting deadlines. What Youll Get Salary up to 35,000 + 10% bonus .
