You'll bring solid experience instrategic campaigns and content within a professional servicesenvironment—but it's your confidence, charisma, and collaborativestyle that make you stand out from the crowd. Naturally curious andtuned into the business agenda, you're comfortable communicatingcomplexity, keeping projects on track and energising those aroundyou to deliver outstanding work, together. Youwill work closely with two Channel Marketing Lead peers anddirectly manage two managers. KeyResponsibilities  Partnerwith the Head of Channel Marketing to shape and drive the firm'sissue-led campaign strategy and bold content programme. You'llbring creative thinking to the table, turning strategic prioritiesinto campaigns that deliver real impact. Monitor, measure andoptimise performance through smart KPIs to ensure activitiesdeliver strong ROI and continuously improve. Lead the creation and rollout of flagship campaigns,ensuring they connect across sectors, service lines and regions formaximum reach and resonance. Shape best-in-class campaign practices by developingcampaign guidelines and processes that ensure every initiative isaligned, consistent and impactful.  Co-ordinate teams of internal and external agencies, suchas designers, researchers, copywriters, and guide them to deliverwork that hits the mark.  Leada bold, strategic content programme that elevates the Forvis Mazarsbrand, supports business priorities and opens doors for clientengagement.Champion quality andconsistency through sound governance, keeping our content sharp,creative and aligned with our standards.Establish a smooth process for sharing content acrossChannel Marketing,and collaborating across the widerteam. Oversee the production and publicationof our firmwide newsletters. Keep our digitalpresence fresh, ensuring content is current, relevant and resonateswith our audiences. Bring thefirm's experience to life by leading our case study programme,overseeing development of written and video client storiesaccording to schedule. Co-ordinate strategicsupport for service lines, acting as CRL for agreed 'SL Squads',ensuring integration with key campaigns and overseeing agreed,baseline support. Troubleshoot ad-hoc requests with SL leads,when necessary.  Inspire, manage and coachdirect reports.   Lead by example andactively support the continued development and success of the widerChannel Marketing team. Help to position the Channel Marketing teamas professional advisors by ensuring internal comms are effective,ad-hoc requests are fielded as appropriate and support is of thehighest quality. What are welooking for?Degreeand/or experience in marketing, communications or a relatedfield. Excellent copywriting and communicationskills, with razor-sharp attention to detail.Strategic thinker with creative mindset and interest inthe business agenda. Experience usinganalytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-drivendecisions like Google Analytics. Strongproject management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks andmeet deadlines. An analytical mindset tointerpret data and metrics and optimise contentperformance. People management skills andinterest in developing talent. Self-motivated,proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively in afast-paced environment.
