CNC Operator Days and Nights

Introduction We are looking for reliable and motivated CNC Operators to join a team within a clean and modern production facility. This role involves operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components, following clear processes, and supporting downstream assembly. With stable shift patterns, structured training, and opportunities to secure a permanent role, this is an excellent chance to develop a career in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Load raw material into CNC machines. Scan programmes and upload them to the machine. Carry out quality checks on finished products. Label products accurately in preparation for assembly. Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised working environment. Candidate Requirements Previous machine operating experience (essential). Computer literate with the ability to follow digital instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
