Job Description Community Services Manager Location: Coventry (with travel to Leicester) Salary: 35,000 Hours: MonFri, 9am5pmAre you an experienced domestic abuse professional ready to lead impactful services across Coventry and Leicester?We're partnering with a leading charity to find a Community Services Manager who will oversee IDVA, Outreach, and Helpline servicesensuring survivor safety is at the heart of everything we do. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage frontline staff and servicesOversee risk assessments, safety planning, MARAC referralsManage caseloads and ensure high-quality supportCoordinate rotas, budgets, and staff developmentEngage with local authorities and communitiesPlay a key role and be present within outreach services.
