We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a Branch Supervisor based in Coventry (CV1 4DW), youll be responsible for:Supporting the Branch Managerwith the daily operations and overall running of the branch.Building strong relationshipswith customers and suppliers, handling enquiries efficiently and processing sales.Taking a proactive approachto identify and drive opportunities for branch growth.Leading the team and motivating themto meet and exceed all branch KPIs and performance targets.Collaborating effectivelywith customers and the wider Wolseley network to uncover and act on business development opportunities.This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week, hours will vary Monday Friday between 7am 5pm along with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am 12pm.And heres what wed like you to have:Experience insales or customer service role, with a passion for helping customers.Plumbing and heating industry or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.Good communication skillsand strong attention to detail.Experiencesupervising or supporting a teamWe look forward to receiving your application!#ACHS150
