Job DescriptionPlanner / Senior PlannerLocation: Greater Coventry Area (Hybrid options available)Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 DOE + Car/Allowance + PackageA leading main contractor is looking to appoint a Planner or Senior Planner to strengthen their pre-construction and delivery teams. The company delivers a variety of new-build and refurbishment projects across the education, healthcare, commercial, and community sectors, typically ranging between 2m20m in value.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail of construction planning and wants to be part of a business that encourages autonomy, collaboration, and progression. Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage project programmes using Asta Powerproject.Contribute to tender submissions, ensuring buildability and sequencing are considered from day one.Collaborate with site teams to monitor and update live project programmes.Identify risks and opportunities within the construction sequence and advise on solutions. What We're Looking For:Background in construction planning with a main contractor.Skilled in Asta Powerproject or similar software.Strong communicator who can influence teams and clients through planning insights.Ability to work independently and within a wider pre-con and delivery team.
