Job DescriptionFinance Manager Position - Apply Now!We're looking for a great candidate to join our client's team to provide timely and accurate financial information to the CEO, Senior Management Team, and the Board, while ensuring the charitys financial compliance.In this role, you will:Support the CEO in delivering the organisations financial objectives and operational plan.Manage all financial and accounting functions, including ledgers, payroll, credit control, cash flow, and investments.Provide budget forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on a monthly basis.Lead, supervise, and manage the performance of the finance team.Identify and manage key financial risks, suggesting controls to protect the organisations funds and assets.What youll need to succeed:CCAB qualification (ICAS, CIPFA, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA) or working towards.Substantial financial accounting experience within the last five years in a similar-sized SME.Previous experience in hands-on management and development of a small finance team.Highly computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.Good commercial acumen and sound business judgment.Nice to haves:Experienced user of Sage accounting software.Knowledge of charitable/not-for-profit accounting and statutory reporting.What we offer:45-50k annual salary.Hybrid working model 3-4 days in the office.23 days annual leave + bank holidays + 1 extra AL day every year youre there.Car allowance.Private healthcare.Great pension scheme.APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
