Our parent company is SeeTickets, and LiveBuzz is in an excellent position for growth, offering an exciting career opportunity for the right candidate.What you'll doUse our backend CMS to build and maintain online registration for conferences and exhibitions in the UK and globally.Be a point of contact for our CMS system, assessing client requests, assisting team members, and liaising with the development team for future features and improvements.Communicate technical processes efficiently to team members with less technical experience.Use our project management tool “ClickUp” to manage your time and meet project milestones for design and testing.Style and add content to emails using our email builder for triggering email sends.Liaise with account managers to handle requests and project setup functionalities.Support colleagues by working on their projects when needed.What you'll bringExperience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or similar platforms.Good understanding of HTML.Good understanding of CSS (Tailwind/Bootstrap).A positive attitude and fresh ideas.Problem-solving mindset.Willingness to learn.High attention to detail.Who you areStrong communicator.Organized and efficient.Quick learner.Calm under pressure.Process-driven and detail-focused.A fun team player (playing Darts is a bonus!).This is a fast-paced role where project builds may need to be completed within a day depending on scope and complexity.
