For the successful Vehicle Body Builder our client is offering: Competitive starting rate paying up to 14.50 (29,406) Days - 7am - 4pm with a 12pm finish on Fridays Permanent Position within a thriving company Salary reviews Regular Overtime opportunities paid at time & a half after 39 hours are completed IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SUITABLE CANDIDATES Free on site parking Opportunities to learn new skills as training will be involved The Role - Vehicle Body Builder: Assembling waste handling equipment for commercial vehicles Assembly/Fitting of Hydraulic/Pneumatic & Electrical systems to systems/vehicles Installation and maintenance of hydraulic piping systems and airlines on HGV's and trailers Working to high standards at all times Fitting a variety of products onto a range of HGV's Regular use of hand & power tools Working from engineering drawings Achieving production targets Welding - Although this is a minimal part of the position What our client is looking for in a Vehicle Body Builder: Our client is looking for someone with Body building / Vehicle building experience Our client is looking for somebody with a Mechanical Aptitude/Mechanical Assembly experience- ESSENTIAL Ability to use hand & power tools Experience in working from drawings This role would suit somebody who enjoys working around Cars/Vehicles/Commercial Vehicles Ideally you'll be able to weld but this is a minimal aspect of the role Key Skills or Similar Job Titles: Vehicle Body Builder, Vehicle Fitter, HGV Fitter, HGV Body Builder, Commercial Vehicle Body Builder, Coach Builder, HGV Assembler, Building Trucks Commutable from: Wolverhampton, Walsall, West Brom, Tipton, Bilston, Wednesbury, Dudley, Birmingham, Smethwick, Oldbury, Cradley Heath, Telford, Cannock For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
