Celebrating 30 years of caring for animals and people, this 3-site practice (1 hospital and 2 branches) offers an excellent caseload, modern facilities, and a welcoming, supportive team of 8 vets and 13 nurses. Their values are simple: look after the animals, and everything else follows. The Role: This flexible position is open to full-time or part-time applicants, with no out-of-hours work. Full-time is 38 hours a week across 4 full days, with a fixed weekday off and just 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. Typical shifts are 86, 97, or 8:306:30 depending on the site. Clinical freedom is encouraged, with support always available most days there are at least 4 vets on site, and new graduates are never left to fly solo. Whats on offer: Salary 35,000 75,000 depending on experience, 6.6 weeks holiday (including bank holidays) 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (no Sundays or OOH) CPD budget is uncapped, including support to certificate level, RCVS and VDS fees paid, Visa sponsorship support available, Clinical freedom with no sales targets or restrictions.
