This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced engineer to step into a supervisory role with a well-established food manufacturer that offers a highly competitive salary and a fantastic benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Lead, support and motivate a team of engineers to deliver effective maintenance and engineering solutions. Oversee both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities to minimise downtime. Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Work collaboratively with production, quality, and H&S teams to meet site objectives. Support the development and training of engineering staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, company, and health 'safety requirements. The Candidate: Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer within food manufacturing or a similar fast-paced FMCG environment. Previous supervisory or team leader experience would be highly desirable. Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
