With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, they offer a collaborative and supportive working environment where team development is a priority.This is an excellent opportunity to join the team on a 9-month temporary contract to cover maternity leave, offering valuable experience within a respected financial services environment.Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers and paraplannersProcess new business applications across pensions, investments, protection, and mortgagesMaintain and update client records in line with FCA compliance requirementsLiaise with product providers and clients to ensure timely resolution of queries and actionsPrepare documentation for client meetings, including valuations and review packsSupport in maintaining the firms back-office system and ensuring data accuracyEnsure that all correspondence and client communication is compliant and properly recordedAssist with general office and administrative tasks as requiredRequirements: Previous experience in an IFA administration or financial services support roleHigh level of attention to detail and organisational abilityStrong understanding of financial products including pensions, ISAs, and protectionKnowledge of FCA regulations and compliance standardsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)To be considered for this opportunity, please apply today.
