Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Building Services)Onsite and weekend work,Corsham, Wiltshire (SN13)Salary DOE25 days annual leave inclusive of up to 3 days December shut-downBuy or sell up to 5 days annual leaveTwo pension schemes to choose fromPrivate Medical & Dental Insurance + discounts for additional family membersLife Assurance scheme up to 4 x salaryShare Save schemeElectric/Hybrid Car leasing schemeCycle to work schemeRetail discountsContinuous Professional development supportAnnual Wellness AllowanceOur Corsham Facilities Management team are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to help to enable the smooth delivery of our projects, on-site.Were expecting that youll be looking for a team where you will be respected as an expert in your field, where you can drive change and see that youre making a difference.How youll support usThis is an opportunity to be part of a team where you will have the opportunity to utilise your existing skills and develop the skills of those around you, this role is based on the customer site with an on-call roster and occasional weekend maintenance, up to a maximum of 14 weekends per year.Youll manage the maintenance of electrical system installations within the facility.As one of the appointed Subject Matter Expert in Electrical systems, youll perform as the main focal point for all electrical aspects (maintenance and fault finding) on site.How your day will look:Electrical Installation and maintenancePlanning and managing internal projectsControl and maintain risk assessmentsUndertake PA TestingEnsure all scheduled logbook activities are completedCarryout planned and reactive tasks (electrical and occasionally mechanical)Work a minimum of one maintenance weekend per month up to a maximum of 14 weekends per yearThe qualifications and experience youll bring to help us achieve more:C&G 2365 (levels 2 and 3) Electrical Installations or equivalentC&G 2391-52 Inspection and Testing Course (Periodic & Initial)C&G 2377 PAT testing or equivalentExperience in repairs and maintenance of complex commercial electrical and MEP systems.UK Driving LicenceDesirable:MOD Facilities Management experienceMicrosoft Word/ExcelI would be great if you have a natural enjoyment of problem solving, getting stuck into a challenge and a curiosity of how components fit into a bigger picture view.
