Business Change Consulting Manager | £70,000 – £90,000 | Hybrid | Corsham | DV ClearedAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Change Consulting Manager to join a leading technology transformation consultancy, supporting Aerospace, Defence & Secure (ADS) clients.This role will place you at the heart of technology-enabled change programmes, working with senior stakeholders to deliver best-practice Business Change Transformation (BCM) in highly secure environments.What you’ll be doing:Leading strategic business change initiatives aligned with digital/IT transformation objectives.Designing and embedding robust operating models and business processes (Lean/Six Sigma).Driving Business Process Design, Re-engineering and Continuous Improvement.Balancing business and technical requirements with strong governance.Engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and sustainable change.What you’ll bring:Active MOD DV clearance (essential).APMG Business Change Management certification.Proven track record delivering large-scale, technology-led transformation.Experience supporting bids/proposals for consulting assignments.Exposure to Defence Digital programmes highly desirable.What’s in it for you:£70k–£90k base salary + 10% bonus.£5,400 car allowance.25 days holiday (plus option to buy more).Private medical, life assurance, pension and generous benefits package.Flexible working arrangements.Business Change Consulting Manager | £70,000 – £90,000 | Hybrid | Corsham | DV Cleared
