Corin is seeking a Clinical and Technology Sales Associate to support Corin's sales growth of our state-of-the-art technologies (Apollo and OPS) and hip and knee portfolio in the South West area (Devon and Cornwall). You must work in the operating room/surgery and hospitals and deliver first-class service to new and existing customers with your excellent trained knowledge alongside the London Sales team.If you say YES to the following questions, we are keen for you to apply to our Clinical and Technology Sales AssociateDo you have a degree in biomedical, health studies, or a life science subject?Have you worked in or around an operating theatre before - EG) as a scrub nurse, anaesthetist, or physiotherapist?Do you live in Dorset or Hampshire, or are you happy to relocate?Are you comfortable travelling daily?Are you a keen learner, accountable, motivated, positive, and reliable individual who is continuously looking at ways to enhance your customer's experience?Connect your ambition to our vision, our people and products change people’s lives.The Clinical and Technology Associate has the following responsibilities:Orthopaedic Knowledge and Constant SupportGain excellent knowledge of all Corin products and technologies.Complete all the Corin Academy assignments relating to all Corin products and technologies.Provide a comprehensive weekly planner in line with the defined minimum business objectives to the UK Sales Manager.Support any activity that the UK Sales Manager considers effective to sustain, develop, or accelerate new and existing business.Support the Corin Sales Executive / Sales Agent in expanding the business in targeted accounts.Ensure that a high level of awareness is maintained as to legal, medical, and changing practices that may affect Corin's business.Provide support to improve the processes and communication between the field and Corin HQ.Theatre / SurgeryProvide support during operations to scrub personnel and to the surgeon, whilst dealing with any product/theatre queries which may arise.Be available to UK colleagues to cover their cases across different territories.Hospital/Medical Centre – with support from the Sales TeamAudit long-term consignment instruments to ensure they are in good working order.Conduct implant stock checks in line with usage and identify any missing stock.Be accessible and available to the Theatre Manager to follow up on any potential problems that may occur with the supplying and collecting of instruments.Adhere to local hospital procedures about the product route to the theatre and the end user.Organize a training plan for each hospital this should include relevant new staff, a new registrar, and new radiographers.We offer great benefits to our Clinical and Technology Associates which include: 25 days holiday plus bank holidaysExcellent pension – starts at 6%, going up to 9.7% after 18 months.Life assurance – Six times your basic salaryPrivate medical insurance with BUPA for you and your familyFree annual eye tests and flu vaccinationsEmployee referral program where you can earn up to £1,000 for each successful hire.
