Interim Deputy Manager - Adults' Residential Home (Adults with Learning Disabilities)Cornwall | 6 months (Inside IR35) Panoramic Associates are exclusively seeking a dynamic Interim Deputy Manager to join a residential service through a period of transition. As Interim Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our adult residential home. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of care, staff support, and regulatory compliance, all while promoting independence and quality of life for our residents.Key Responsibilities:Support the Registered Manager in the overall management of the serviceProvide leadership, supervision, and guidance to the care teamEnsure all care plans are person-centred and regularly reviewedPromote safeguarding, dignity, and respect for all residentsContribute to audits, inspections, and quality assurance processesLiaise with families, external professionals, and regulatory bodiesRequirements:Proven experience in a leadership role within adult social careStrong background in supporting adults with learning disabilitiesExcellent knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding proceduresNVQ Level 5 in Health and Social CareAble to lead by example with a hands-on, flexible approachAvailable to start on short noticeMust be on the DBS update service.If you have the right experience, please apply now!
