You'll manage your own "patch" like a business, building relationships, influencing decision-making, and driving growth within the paediatric nutrition category.You'll work closely with:GPs and practice teamsDietitians and paediatric specialistsPharmacists and hospital stakeholdersWider NHS and commissioning structuresBlending clinical conversations with commercial thinking, you'll learn how to sell with credibility, influence senior healthcare professionals, and develop the foundations of a long-term career in healthcare or FMCG sales.What You'll Be DoingOwning and executing a territory business plan aligned to regional and national strategyBuilding strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makersDelivering confident, evidence-based product conversationsInfluencing formulary decisions and local guidelinesIdentifying growth opportunities and driving market shareManaging your performance through KPIs, data, and insightsRepresenting the brand at educational events, meetings, and symposiaWho This Role Is Perfect ForThis role is ideal if you are:Looking to start or step up in a field-based sales careerFrom a healthcare, clinical, nutrition, fitness, pharmaceutical, or medical backgroundCommercially curious, confident, and motivated to succeedComfortable building relationships and influencing professionalsAmbitious, resilient, and driven by progression and impact.A background in nutrition, biomedical science, sports science, or life sciences is beneficial but not essential.Interested?
