The successful Toolmaker will have previous experience of Injection Moulding, Toolmaking, and toolroom machinery.Responsibilities for Toolmaker:* Repairing, modifying and maintaining all existing production tooling* Service a range of mould Tooling* Operating all toolroom plant and machinery safely* Provide continuous improvement* Log any completed tool maintenance and repair work* Use of Toolroom database* Ensure correct marking and labelling of tools* Rectify problems quickly and effectively* Quality checkingAbout You:* Have plastic injection mould tool experience in a similar role.* Relevant tooling qualifications (Apprenticeship, HNC etc)* Industry experience within plastics/injection moulding is essential.* CNC, CAD/CAM experience is desirable but not essential.* Experience with hot runner systems/valve gates and manifolds would be advantageous.Job Application:If you would like to be considered for the role of Toolmaker, please apply with your full CV - or call us now.
