Warehouse Operatives Required Immediate Starts Available Were recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution centre working on a continental shift pattern (4 on, 4 off). Shift rota will be confirmed after induction. Must have own transport due to location. Shift Times Day Shift: 10:00 22:00 Night Shift: 22:00 10:00 Pay Rates Day Shift: 13.01 per hour (OT 19.78) Night Shift: 16.64 per hour (OT 20.28) Role Responsibilities As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for: Picking and packing customer orders accurately using handheld scanners or voice-pick systems Sorting, stacking and palletising stock ready for dispatch Loading and unloading trailers using manual handling or pump trucks Replenishing stock into pick locations Maintaining a clean and safe working area in line with site Health & Safety standards Working as part of a fast-paced team to meet daily targets and deadlines Following site processes and training to ensure accuracy and performance Full training will be provided, so no previous warehouse experience is required, but reliability and good work ethic are essential. Breaks You will receive three breaks per shift: 2 x 15-minute unpaid breaks 1 x 30-minute paid lunch break Weekly Bonus Scheme Earn an extra 50 per week until 24 th November, 100 per week from 24 th November (paid monthly) if you: Attend all scheduled shifts Meet performance expectations Commit to working additional shifts over the Christmas period Why Apply?
