Galvanizing Operative Full Time This is a temp-perm role after 12 weeks. Location: Corby, Northamptonshire Pay: Weekly Pay - 14.00 per hour (rising to 14.60 after 12 weeks) + Shift Premiums Shifts: Rotating Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday 2:00pm to 9:30pm Sunday to Thursday 9:30pm to 6:00am (Nights) Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? What Youll Be Doing Youll support all stages of the galvanizing process protecting steel products used across the UK and beyond: Preparing and securing steel to jigs for galvanizing Operating overhead cranes (full training provided) Dipping steel into molten zinc to prevent corrosion Finishing and inspecting products to high quality standards Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace Whether you work in jigging , at the galvanizing baths , or in the finishing bay , youll play an essential role in producing durable, rust-resistant steel components.
