Job Description Position: Senior Design ManagerJob type: PermanentLocation: Flexible -National based with Head office in NorthamptonshireStart date: ASAPPackage: Up to 85,000 DOE, plus car allowance, bonus and a great benefits package The companyA 75m t/o building contractor is looking for a Senior Design Manager to join the preconstruction team to lead on delivering high-quality construction projects.Specialists in the later living sector with project values up to 30m they are looking for similar project experience within this sector.The roleThis role is joining a small pre-construction team where you will have a greater impact.
