A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Company: Tanvic Group ltd Working for a long established family business, the success of our Company is thanks to the quality of our employees and the high standards our customers have come to expect'Job Description:The success of our Retail business is thanks to the level of skill and knowledge our Vehicle Technicians provide to our customers, offering exceptional service and commitment to getting the job done.Responsibilities:As a Fast Fit Technician, your main responsibilities are:Vehicle maintenance & repair - such work includes tyres, brakes, transmission steering & suspension, amongst others.Personal Attributes:We are looking for someone who:Holds a minimum Vocational NVQ / City & Guilds qualification Level 2 (preferred but not essential) or with a minimum of 1+ years of time served with Motor Vehicle experience.Has a valid full UK driving license (no more than 6 points).Has experience in a similar role (desired).Can work on their own initiative while being flexible and reliable in their approach.Understands the importance of and is enthusiastic about delivering excellent service to our customers.Is highly motivated to get the job done and can work well under pressure.Is a strong team player, ready to join our dedicated staff to deliver high standards throughout this role.Benefits:In return, we are delighted to offer:Salary: 28,500, commensurate with experience.Hours: 44 hours Monday - Friday including Saturday morning.28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays, increasing to 36 days with service.Staff discounts for you and your family.'Recommend a Friend' bonus scheme.Long Service Loyalty Awards.Ongoing Training and development opportunities.
