With over 50 years of expertise and a reputation for innovation, we design and manufacture market-leading equestrian safety products used across many disciplines.From our headquarters in Corby, Northamptonshire, we supply retailers and riders around the world with premium protective equipment designed to deliver the highest levels of comfort, flexibility and safety.As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and proactive Sales & Customer Coordinator to join our team.The RoleThis is a key role within the business and will be the first point of contact for our trade and wholesale customers.You will manage incoming enquiries, process orders and coordinate dispatch while working closely with our sales, marketing and production teams to ensure customers receive outstanding service.Working within a small and collaborative team, the role offers a varied mix of customer service, sales coordination and operational support.This position is initially offered as maternity cover, however there is strong potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as the first point of contact for trade customer enquiries by phone and emailProcessing and managing sales orders received via phone, email and online channelsAnswering product, sizing and order queries from retailers and customersPreparing invoices and sales documentationCoordinating dispatch and shipping of ordersMonitoring backorders and communicating delivery timelinesLiaising with production and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfilmentSupporting the sales team with customer enquiries and order managementAssisting with administrative tasks across the businessSupporting the team at trade shows and events when requiredWhat Were Looking ForPrevious experience in a customer service, sales administration or office support roleExcellent communication skills and confidence dealing with customersStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesComfortable working within a small and collaborative teamConfident using computer systems and adapting to internal software xjdpvnf Desirable ExperienceKnowledge or experience within the equestrian industryExperience working with wholesale or trade customersWhat We OfferCompetitive salary depending on experience32 days holiday including bank holidaysA varied and hands-on role within a growing British equestrian brandOpportunities to attend equestrian events and trade showsFriendly and collaborative working environmentLocationThis is a full-time office-based role at our Corby headquarters, and applicants must be within reasonable commuting distance.How to ApplyPlease apply via LinkedIn or send your CV and covering letter to:
