The role blends account development, territory expansion, and consultative component sourcing, positioning you as a trusted commercial partner for your clients.Initially based in the office for onboarding and product training, the role quickly evolves into a field-focused position, engaging directly with customers across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory & Account DevelopmentDevelop and manage relationships with existing customers within your assigned territoryIdentify and secure new business opportunities across OEM, EMS, and manufacturing accountsExpand share-of-wallet through proactive account management and commercial engagementSales Strategy & Market GrowthBuild and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with company growth objectivesAnalyse customer demand and component requirements to drive revenue opportunitiesMonitor market trends across the electronic component supply chainCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with internal sales teams and the Export Manager to maximise deal successSupport customers with product enquiries, pricing, and sourcing requirementsMaintain accurate reporting and pipeline management through the companys SAP systemCustomer Relationship ManagementDeliver consultative sales support and responsive service to key accountsStrengthen long-term partnerships through regular client engagement and market insightRequirementsCore ExperienceMinimum 2+ years of experience in sales or account managementStrong relationship-building and commercial negotiation skillsProven ability to identify and convert new business opportunitiesIndustry KnowledgeUnderstanding of electronic components and supply chain dynamicsExperience selling into manufacturing, OEM, or distribution environments is advantageousTechnical & Commercial SkillsCRM or SAP system familiarityTerritory management and pipeline developmentStrong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilityWhats On Offer35,000 40,000 base salaryQuarterly performance-based bonusCompany car (after 3-month probation)Pension schemeHybrid working modelClear progression within a growing electronics distribution businessOpportunity to build long-term industry relationships in a high-demand market Apply now or send a confidential DM to learn more.
