Job Description Service & Warehouse Operative - Marlux Medical | Coleshill (with national travel) | Full-time, PermanentMarlux Medical is a trusted UK manufacturer specialising in 100% recyclable privacy curtains for healthcare environments - supplying, installing, and servicing curtain systems for NHS trusts and private hospitals nationwide.This is a hybrid role across our Service and Operations departments. Roughly half the year you are out on the road, supporting curtain installations, exchanges, and surveys at NHS and private hospital sites across the UK. The other half, you are back at our Coleshill facility keeping warehouse and distribution running smoothly. On site, you are the face of Marlux Medical. Back at base, you are a core part of a tight operations team.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires high standards of professionalism, reliability and self-sufficiency within live hospital environmentsWhat you will be doingService deliverySupporting installations, exchanges, surveys, trials, and adaptations at hospital sites nationwideActing as a reliable on-site contact for customers, working independently where requiredConducting site surveys and supporting new customer implementationsAssisting with product demos and subcontractor inductionsWarehouse operationsProcessing and transacting customer orders via our ERP system (EFACS)Managing daily courier and palletised dispatchOperating a counterbalance forklift for loading, unloading, and dispatchMaintaining stock accuracy, goods-in records, and LEAN 6S standardsCompliance and documentationKeeping service records, job reports, and handover documentation accurate and timelySupporting recycling and waste management activity - including accurate data recording and Waste Transfer Note complianceOperating in full compliance with health and safety requirements at all timesWhat we need from youFull, clean UK manual driving licence - essentialCounterbalance forklift licence - essentialStrong organisation and attention to detailConfident communicator - comfortable engaging with NHS customers, contractors, and internal teams professionallyGood working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelNice to have: Customer-facing or field-based experience, ideally in a healthcare or clinical setting.Ready to apply?We'd love to hear from you - send your CV and a brief covering note via the link below.
