We have an immediate opportunity available for an experienced Plumber to join our public sector client who is based in Coleraine.Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.This is a temporary post for a minimum of 3 months, with a salary of 13.91 per hour.Working hours will be 8:30am 4:30pm Monday to Friday.The post holder will be working with the Housing Executive travelling to properties and carrying out any essential plumbing work that is needed.Duties: Inspect, repair, and replace any plumbing systems in NIHE properties and leave properties in a safe and tidy condition.Collaborate with other staff or contractors on sites as necessary.Support and mentor apprentices as required.Other Ad hoc duties.Essential Criteria: Successfully completed a plumbing apprenticeship.Minimum 1 years relevant experience in a plumbing environment.Understanding of Health and Safety requirements Desirable Criteria: 3 years relevant experience working in a plumbing environment.Full driving licence that includes C1 Category.What We Need from You: Excellent communication skills.Ability to meet deadlines.Strong customer focus.Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.What We Will Offer You: Competitive salary.Opportunity to work within the public sector.Inclusion into the company pension scheme.Paid Annual leave No weekend work.Skills: Plumbingd02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
