OverviewTipTopJob Coleraine, Northern Ireland, United KingdomA well-established law firm in Devon is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Probate Solicitor to join its Private Client department. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of probate matters, including estate administration, inheritance tax issues, and providing advice on wills and estate planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong technical knowledge and exceptional client care skills to join a supportive and collaborative team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters from start to finishProvide expert legal advice on wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax, and intestacyDraft and review legal documents including wills and trust deedsLiaise with executors, beneficiaries, HMRC, and other relevant stakeholdersPrepare applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of AdministrationEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation and SRA regulationsMaintain high standards of client care and build long-term client relationshipsContribute to business development and networking initiatives as requiredQualifications / ExperienceQualified Solicitor in England and Wales (3+ years PQE preferred, though NQ candidates with relevant experience will be considered)Proven experience in probate and estate administrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational abilities and attention to detailAbility to manage deadlines and work independentlyProficiency in case management systems and Microsoft OfficeSTEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essentialContactContact Alicia Forde at eNL on 454 or email with your CV or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
