Riada Resourcing is exclusively recruiting for a BID Manager to lead Coleraine Business Improvement District. Coleraine Business Improvement District (BID) is a partnership of local businesses working together to enhance Coleraine as a vibrant place to work, visit, shop, and invest. Rooted in the town’s rich heritage and unique character, Coleraine BID is committed to delivering positive, lasting change for the local economy and wider community. ResponsibilitiesManage the BID’s budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial transparency. Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting findings to the Board to measure BID success. Oversee levy billing and collection processes and allocate budget to the events & communication co-ordinator. Manage performance and delivery of events and communications co-ordinator. Ensure effective day-to-day management of the BID, delivering on agreed priorities. Report regularly to the Board on performance, financials, governance, and key issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with levy payers, local authorities and stakeholders, acting as the key spokesperson for the BID. Support the BID’s role in the £20M Government Plan for Coleraine and explore additional funding opportunities. Develop a long-term strategy for the next BID term to ensure sustainability and growth. Skills and QualificationsProven leadership experience in business, town centre management, economic development, or BID management. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and negotiate. Experience in financial and budget management. Project planning and delivery experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong IT, organisational, and administrative skills. We offer a competitive salary of £21.63 per hour, with a permanent contract for 16 hours per week, over 2 days (hours and days to be confirmed).
