If you’re a process-driven leader who thrives in complex, multi-site environments and can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, we want to hear from you.The OpportunityAs Group Operations Director, you’ll be responsible for:Driving operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites.Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a large, diverse operations team.Embedding process-driven methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, CI) to maximise efficiency.Working closely with the MD and senior leadership team to deliver the company’s strategic growth plan.Ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.Building trusted relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.Key CriteriaWe’re looking for someone exceptional who brings:Career longevity - 15–20 years’ experience with evidence of stability (4–5 years in most roles, 3–4 substantial career steps).Sector knowledge - A strong understanding of engineering/manufacturing, ideally metals, production processes, and customer requirements.
