Commercial Property Solicitor Colchester, Essex 45,000 - 65,000 (DOE) 2 Years PQE Full-Time, Permanent Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a new challenge in a progressive and well-established firm in Colchester? The Firm We are working with a reputable regional law firm that is looking to expand its busy Commercial Property team with an ambitious and client-focused solicitor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with a strong presence across Essex and the surrounding areas. The firm have excellent staff tenure and is looking for someone to grow with the firm longterm. The Role You will manage a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters behind the typical high street clientele, including: Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, assignments) Commercial developments, from 5 units up to 150 units in one plot Property finance matters with lending agreements valued at over a billion Estate Preparation Advising a range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, and SMEs You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts and contribute to business development initiatives within the department.
