Youll be responsible for driving the growth and performance of global e-commerce platforms, leading market expansion, platform development, and customer experience optimisation.ResponsibilitiesLead global e-commerce rollout and market expansion plans.Define platform requirements and oversee development for performance and scalability.Tailor content and ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g. GDPR).Drive growth across all web shops and expand product offerings.Optimise customer experience using data and user feedback.Launch marketing campaigns and manage SEO/PPC strategies.Support internal teams with training and tools.Manage third-party vendors and e-commerce budgets.Track performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.QualificationsStrong project management and analytical skills.Experience with systems integration and process optimisation.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Customer-first mindset and passion for digital innovation.Desirable:Experience with PIM, EPiServer CMS, and payment gateways.Knowledge of m-commerce, international tax, and AI personalisation tools.Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot.
