Job Description Working within Aureoss SPN Business Unit, and forming a part of the Commercial team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor plays an integral part in delivering exceptional commercial results. Core responsibilities encompass project delivery, commercial reporting and maximising profit.Aureos SPN work collaboratively with our customers to deliver critical national infrastructure projects across the UK. Your role will require you to:Management of application and credit control processesManagement of optimisation of incomeManagement of all processes regarding costing and forecastingManagement of change control system Input into the management of project riskManagement of CTC and CVRsManagement of the full sub-contract cycle Provision of commercial advice to Project TeamDevelopment of team spirit and trustworthiness within Project Commercial Team and with Client and S/CManagement of dispute resolutionCommunications within the Project Commercial Team and with the Project TeamManagement of Training plansInput into the tendering processSecondary tasks and duties:We operate a team ethos across the SPN Business Unit and strive to assist colleagues in the execution of their duties where this is appropriate and brings added value. The Senior Quantity Surveyor is expected to deliver:Timely achievement of forecast figures for turnover, profit and incomeTimely production of accurate internal accounts and internal/external reports/auditsTimely production of accurate cost and forecasting informationRobust and up to date change control system. Prompt agreement of and payment for changes.
