Youll also contribute to improving processes and ensuring consistency across all advice documentation.Key Duties of the Paraplanner RoleProduce high-quality suitability reports and recommendation letters covering investments, pensions, tax planning, trusts, and protection productsCarry out in-depth research and technical analysis to support financial advicePrepare cashflow modelling and forecasts, including complex planning scenariosWork collaboratively with Advisers, Administrators, Compliance, and fellow ParaplannersContribute to paraplanning processes and embed best practice across the teamStay up to date with legislative, regulatory, and industry changes affecting advice and clientsSkills & Experience RequiredDiploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent (or close to completion)Previous Paraplanner experience, or a strong desire to progress into a Paraplanner roleSolid technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection productsStrong understanding of FCA regulations and advice standardsExcellent attention to detail with strong analytical and organisational skillsConfident communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approachBenefits PackageCompetitive salary (35,000 45,000 DOE)Death in Service (DIS)Employer pension contributionsAbility to purchase additional holidaySupport for ongoing professional development and qualificationsApply Today Paraplanner OpportunityApply now for this Paraplanner role.
