Business Development Manager Outsourced HR & Health and Safety Solutions Field Based Colchester & Ipswich Area (CO & IP Postcodes) Basic Salary: 30,000 + Guaranteed 30,000 Bonuses (Year 1) + OTE 155,000 Company EV or 5,000 Car Allowance Are you a proven B2B sales professional with a track record of consultative selling? About the Role Were looking for a driven, commercially astute Business Development Manager to cover the Colchester and Ipswich area, selling our clients industry-leading HR and Health & Safety services to SME business owners. Youll be field-based, supported by an experienced Regional Manager, and equipped with all the tools you need to succeed. This is a consultative sales role no one-size-fits-all pitching here. Youll meet business owners, understand their unique needs, and present tailored solutions that help them protect and grow their business. Your ability to fact-find, build rapport, and close will be key to your success.
