Senior Town Planner

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Town Planner to join our Planning Team.The role involves planning applications, site appraisals, and liaising with clients and local authorities. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of planning experience, preferably within a local authority.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications and appeals.Conduct site appraisals and provide strategic planning advice to clients.Work on a range of developments including residential, mixed-use, and rural schemes.Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and the public through consultation and negotiation.Stay up-to-date with changes in planning policies and legislation.Provide support the planning team.About YouQualifications: A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
