Youll take projects from concept through to completion, creating compelling client presentations and ensuring smooth, on-time delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead residential interior design projects from brief to completionDevelop and present design concepts to clients, both virtually and in personCollaborate with the Head of Design and Creative Director on innovation and design directionOversee procurement, budgeting, and supplier coordinationConduct site visits with the Project Manager to ensure quality and design integrityMentor junior designers and help foster a collaborative, growth-focused teamWhat Youll BringBA in Interior Design or related field35+ years experience in residential interiors, with a strong portfolioSkilled in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)Strong project management and communication skillsConfident presenting to clients and engaging stakeholdersFull, clean UK driving license and willingness to travel between London and Essex
