Interim Senior Product Lead – Digital Banking & Fintech Platform - Digital AssetsContract: Initial six monthsRate: c. £750 per day, outside IR35Location: London-based, with flexibility for UK remoteWe're working with a fast-growing, next-generation fintech banking platform operating at the intersection of digital banking, payments, and digital assets.The business is scaling rapidly and is looking to appoint an Interim Senior Product Lead to lead a critical phase of the product strategy and product development across the platform.The RoleThis is a hands-on product athlete role. You will take end-to-end ownership of product strategy and delivery across the digital banking platform, working closely with wider engineering, commercial, design and client stakeholders.You'll operate comfortably between strategy and execution, translating institutional-grade banking requirements into scalable, intuitive digital products.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a well-rounded product athlete with a strong track record in institutional banking and high-growth fintech environments. Experience or a strong interest in the institutional digital asset ecosystem is also necessary.Key experience should include:Senior product leadership within digital banking platforms, fintechs or banking-as-a-service environmentsExperience in best-in-class institutional settings (banks, wholesale banking, capital markets, payments and asset management)Proven delivery experience within scale-up or challenger fintechsIdeally, experience as a founder or early team member, or having built products from the ground upDeep understanding of wholesale banking, including payments, transactions, FX and client-led banking solutionsStrong product craft: clear thinking across engineering, UX, design thinking and commercial outcomesStrong technical ability and able to work closely with engineers while maintaining a sharp focus on client needs and regulatory realities
